  • Stylish, ergonomic handles. Using Global’s experience has been designed in consultation with many chefs and knife experts to allow the utmost comfort and safety in use.
  • The Global Sai range has 7 dots along the handle instead of the fully dotted handles of the classic Global range. This is to represent the traditional Japanese bushido- way of the warrior where there are 7 virtues of the samurai.
  • 3-ply special steel. The blade material consists of a central core material of substantial hardness to keep an extremely hard edge, being surrounded by layers of softer, corrosion resistant stainless steel.
  • The outer edges of the blade are made from the same steel as the handles making the forge between blade and handle even stronger.
  • Hammered blade finish. hammered finish not only looks stylish but also is designed so that the small hollows create air pockets between chopped food assisting and allowing food to pass across the blade without sticking.

Returns

You can return an item to us for either exchange or refund within 21 days of receiving it, providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging.
